Self-Defense 101

Crime, violence, and terrorism are usually topics that we would all much rather avoid thinking about or being a victim of, but the reality that evil exists in our society is all too real and all too present. At some point in our lives, we will have to acknowledge the fact that evil people do exist and they mean to do us and our families harm for their own gain. So learning the skills needed to defend yourselves, your loved ones, or even those around you can be crucial and life saving.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with being a non-violent person. Of course there isn't. We all want to live peaceful lives, going to work, being productive members of our communities and sharing time with our friends, families and loved ones. Blessed be the peacemakers, right? But being non-violent doesn't mean that you have to be a victim of violent attackers and those who wish to do you harm. You must and should learn how to defend yourself.

What we do here at SheepDog Society is provide you with valuable training and in depth lessons to show you the skills needed to quickly disable and defend yourself from an attacker. Even if they are bigger and physically stronger than you.
